Mech-chem fiberglass plans and produces FRP (Fiber-Supported Plastic) Reactor Tanks in many shapes, sizes and setups. These Reactor tanks are produced predominantly by Hand Rest up or fiber winding cycles. Reactors can be manufactured with Dish base, Tapered base, shot level top or shut top as indicated by our clients prerequisites.
Mech-chem fiberglass produces and supplies reactors with complete mechanical production system. One such mechanical production system is the Fomenter Gathering with engine, gear box, bearing lodging and VFD board. The fomenter framework can be mounted on a free design on the reactor tank itself. The stirrers are produced out of MS, SS material reasonably fixed with FRP or thermoplastic.
